I'd been interested in doing family research for a long time, but never had the time to do all the leg work it requires. But Ancestry has made it pretty easy. Fortunately, I've had a pretty good experience when it comes to helping (and getting help) from other users, but it is disappointing to hear that some don't even think a "thank you" is worth their time.
